While there are 6 islands in the close vicinity to choose from, we set a tour of 4 Islands for you.

Koh Mook, featuring Emerald Cave
The highlight of the area islands can be found here on Pearl Island, Koh Mook. There are some nice swallow dive sites on the island, but the main attractions in the Southern Region is undoubtly Emerald Cave, known to the locals as "Tum Morakot"("Morakot" meaning Emerald). Declared one of Thailand's Unseen Treasures by the Tourist Authority of Thailand last year, it is a site not to be missed.

The Emerald Cave can be found on the northwest corner of Koh Mook. The best time to enter is in the afternoon, when the sun's rays are able to angle its way deep into the cave. The name comes from the emerald appearance given off when the sun strikes the clear blue-green water. The water magically enlightens the entire cave.

After swimming about 80 meters into the cave, you will encounter a "hong", which is an opening in the center of an island. There you can relax on powder white sand and lagoon right in the middle of the island. This "hong" is lined by steep cliffs covered with trees and vegatation, which leads up to the clear blue sky. This is truly paradise.

On the south side of the island, you will find a mermaid statue set on the edge of rocky shore waving to boats that past by. While on the east side, you can drop in at the local fisherman's village and observe the customs of the local islanders.
